Once again our latest client satisfaction survey was very encouraging. Following are a few of the unprompted responses offered by clients when asked the final question “Do you have any other comments you would like to make”. Our surveys are conducted by an independent consultant firm and the clients are aware that their identities are kept confidential from us:

Many clients had no additional comments to make, and the least positive suggestion was that our senior guys should get out to visit their clients more, which are now endeavouring to do.

Although it is always challenging to please everybody, we are particularly encouraged by the fact that so many of our clients, especially the newer ones, are impressed enough with their change to AJ Brown that they want to tell us.
